Payment and Discount
Price
The price on the calendar is for the entire apartment per day for 2 persons.
The final cleaning cost and a 15€ x day surcharge for each additional person are added to the total price.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
Es. 3 people for 4 nights:
"Price 50€ x 4 = 200€
+ 60€ (third-person 15€ x 4 surcharge)
+ 25€ (final cleaning)
Total Price = 285€ "
Payment
The customer pays 20% of the cost of the stay as a reservation deposit.
The balance must be paid within 20 days from the check-in date. (You will be notified by email).

Coordinates are provided at the time of reservation request.
A 100% refund occurs for cancellations within one month from the check-in date
Discounts
A 10% discount is given for bookings of at least one week
